Dr. Wohl was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. He attended The Yeshiva College of the Nation's Capital where he earned his bachelor's in Talmudic law. While doing so, he participated in a dual curriculum with University of Maryland to prepare for his dental school training. Dr. Wohl then attended Howard University College of Dentistry and graduated in 2017. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society for excellence in scholarship and demonstrating exemplary traits of character. He also received the American Academy of Periodontology dental student award upon graduation, which is given to the graduating senior who displays the highest level of academic and clinical achievement related to periodontics.
Dr. Wohl continued his training at University of Maryland Dental School to complete his three-year residency in periodontics and graduated in 2020. While there, he also completed his master's in biomedical sciences researching subgingival bacterial plaque found in periodontal pockets. In 2021, Dr. Wohl became a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology by attaining board certification.
Dr. Wohl believes in patient centered care and a compassionate approach. He strives for excellence daily and stays current on the latest technology in implants, tissue grafting and bone regeneration. He believes in giving back to the community as he has participated in Mission of Mercy and free dental clinics. Dr. Wohl is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Harford Cecil Dental Society, and Greater Chesapeake Study Club. Dr. Wohl resides with his wife and four boys in Montgomery county. He enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
